Cancellation / Prepayment

To secure your booking we require card details, some rates require a payment in advance and are non-refundable. We have a 48 hour free cancellation policy on non-refundable rates

Children & Beds

. Subject to availability and room type we provide additional beds and cots for children under 18 and infants. Cots are free of charge and beds are £20 each this includes breakfast for your child.

Pets

All pets must be under the supervision of their owner. £20 per stay covers basic cleaning. In the event of damage to the room this will be charged on a case by case basis.

We accept all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment by Amex.

"We stayed here at the beginning of August. After a hiccup on the first night, which was rectified to our satisfaction, the rest of our stay was lovely. Our room was very spacious and felt COVID safe with all the extra precautions the hotel had taken. The food was out of this world. It was the tastiest burger I think I have ever eaten! My breakfast the following morning of eggs benedict was equally amazing. The hotel itself is within a short drive of Bicester village for those who enjoy the shops and was a 20 min drive to Blenheim Palace, another great place to visit. Would definitely return.!"
